Saddle Creek’s experience in handling similar products in other locations for a leading beverage manufacturer along with our ability to provide a single-source solution lead us to this 100,000 square-foot build-to-suit facility. The space includes 66,000 square feet of chilled, fully-racked, five-high, drive-in storage for the company’s juice products with an additional 33,000 square feet of freezer space accommodating the juice concentrate.
In addition to managing the warehouse, Saddle Creek operates a dedicated shuttle between the warehouse and the plant where the juice is produced.
