Saddle Creek's integrated logistics capabilities, proven ability to manage similar operations, ideas for process improvements and ability to meet a tight start-up timeline were deciding factors that lead a premier provider of products for the home, home office and office to award Saddle Creek its Memphis operation.

Handling more the 75% of the U.S. volume for this customer, we manage one million square feet of warehouse space and handle all inbound, order processing, inventory control and outbound functions.

Saddle Creek also conducts a variety of transportation management functions including carrier negotiations, carrier management, RFP development and distribution, freight tender, auditing and bill pay. We manage the outbound truckload, LTL, parcel and overnight shipments out of the Memphis facility and support the Mira Loma, CA operation as well. With the help of its extensive carrier network and its transportation management systems, we are able to provide full visibility of freight flows and costs by lane and method of service to the customer for continued improvement and analysis.
