Network Redundancy
You’ll have the peace of mind that comes from knowing we provide a fully resilient network infrastructure utilizing redundant hardware and communications circuits.
Our network architecture provides routing redundancy and failover via Virtual Private Network links. In the event of a circuit failure, an alternate path is initiated, and traffic is re-routed through the VPN connection. An alarm is generated and sent to our Information Systems staff.
In addition, remote offices and sites in the network connect to our data center using integrated services routers, providing full redundancy via Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP). In the event of hardware failure, the standby router immediately becomes the primary device, with full connection continuity.
This configuration ensures dedicated "always-on" connectivity from our remote sites and our offsite data center through an alternate physical link.
