Our Management Trainee Program offers qualified college graduates a unique opportunity to not only obtain on-the-job training, but also actively participate in day-to-day operations from Day One.
This hands-on, rotational program allows you to spend time learning various company functions, including warehousing, transportation, customer service, packaging, cross-docking, corporate and special projects. You’ll drive a fork-lift, attend planning meetings, assist a driver with deliveries, interact with Saddle Creek customers and vendors, and work with individuals at all levels of the company.
Offered in many Saddle Creek facilities across the country, our six- to nine-month program is structured, yet flexible. You’ll have the chance to develop a deeper understanding of your areas of interest and aptitude. You’ll learn about all aspects of the company and won’t be pigeon-holed before you’ve identified which path is right for you. And before you know it, you will have embarked on a successful career in 3rd Party Logistics!
On successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a supervisory-level position, based on position availability, your interests and the needs of the company.
